Liberty is committed to promoting from within the company. The majority of our current management team members are “homegrown.” Today we have directors and managers who started out as warehouse/stockroom workers or who started in clerical positions. We believe that Liberty’s future executive officers are currently working in our warehouses, stores and buying offices, as well as in our head office.
